Mark Aronoff is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with more than 27 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses on complex tax, accounting, and financial matters.

Prior to founding his New York City–based boutique advisory firm, Mark held senior auditor-in-charge and management roles within several Fortune 100 financial institutions, where he developed deep expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic business analysis.

Today, Mark leads a specialized practice focused on sophisticated tax planning and preparation for individuals and privately owned businesses. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities, and serves as a trusted advisor on tax strategy, financial structuring, and long-term planning.

Known for his highly personalized approach, Mark works closely with each client to understand their objectives and deliver tailored, practical solutions designed to protect wealth, optimize tax outcomes, and support sustainable growth.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Baruch College, graduating summa cum laude. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
